Since the opening of Annapurna Trekking Region one after another region were being populared, gradually. The professional team was attracted to present more beautiful destitanation to their guest while the visitors were interest on adventurous and the undiscovered area. But of some unexplained reason Nepal Government restricted the Area for tourist and even to the people from nepal. Those area at the time was known as restricted area. But almost all those area now are opened and cost much for trekking permits. Even now, the trekkers are not allowed to visit the area alone. There should at least be two people sharing the group. Not all the same, execept the frist entering period fixed by Govt. additional permits should pay on daily basis.

Upper Mustang, Upper dolpo and Narphu valley are listed as restricted area trekking and needs to trek on group. Regardless to the number of member in group, the area should be visited at least by two member and needs to be back with time limitation. To trek on those area and to make permit of th specified group there shouldat least be two original pasport and other necessary documents to be submitted. None of the travelers are allowed to check in the area which are listed restricted. At the entrance gate there will be a check post which bewatch all processed files.
