The other way is to take flight which fly from Kathamandu to Basantapur, Taplejung or to Tumlingtar. It takes less than an hour. It seems the easiest and fastest way to make move to onward destination.
The other areas are in far west of the country, where most of the trekking routes are considered of most value. The facilities in the regions are less. Still areas are being visited by many trekkers each month and year. It has encouraged the locals to stall on the way of trekking routes.. Ethnically and culturally, traditionally and ritually the area are rich. Among them some of them have been picked up on the screen of well known movies. Dolpa, Rara Lake, Simikot are known such area and trekking route.
