Trekking is the most adventurous sport in the world where the trekkers make journey on foot at different altitude, i.e., from “0” level up to “8848m”. How hard the trekking and how long one has to walk each day until the program finish is, all depends on trekking route choose by. Trekking which will be operated in the high altitudes with many passes are known as somehow difficult trekking comparison to other in common area. Dhaulagiri, Dolpo are the routes with many challenging passes; and the others like Annapurna and Everest as well langtang are known the normal. Trekking involves walking on an average of 5 to 7 hours per day covering about 9 to 14 kilometers. During a trek you can either stay in simple lodges or homes of local people or camp for the night. As the country is longitudinally lengthen east to west and varied in altitude, owning the world’s top mountain, the season is also varied and greatly impressed. Still trekking can be done although the area all through the year except in rainy season and winter. Northern part of Nepal is full of the snowy mountain and frosts all the year making winter cold while in rainy season almost the day and night rain falls. So most convenient and pleasure time for trekking is considered except from the end of June to beginning of August. As well the winter which begins by the end of December and ends at the beginning of March trekking will be little hard. So it would be greater things to do except the months and days as mentioned.
