(Easy trek)
Trekking up to 2000m from sea level is normally supposed a easy trekking in Himalayan standard. With many ups and downs, still the trail is well. On this height trek for 3-7 days will be operated and is easy for the people who lives the normal life with some walking exercise.  
Grade ▲▲ (Moderate) This type of trek is not hard and scales about 1000-3000m with of 5-10 itinerary. This trek suits for those who lives normal life with some physical movements.  
Grade ▲▲▲ (Moderate to Strenuous) On this trek, the trekkers are supposed to walk up to 4000m and sometimes encounter with rough and tough trail, which is even difficult to find exactly. Comparison to all other two this is little hard and helpful for those who has previous walking exercise.
Grade ▲▲▲▲ (Strenuous) This type of trekking comes up to 3500-5000m height and needs support. The trekkers should be fully fit and even courageous. The overnight will almost about at an altitude of 4000m and sometimes need to walk more to get lodge and guest house. Readily one should mentally prepare for difficult terrain in remote area.

(Very Strenuous)
Its almost alpine trek. one should be healthy, energetic, strong and capable of carrying backpack, if necessary.. This will be operated in remote part and needs to cross difficult passes. Stepping on the snow covered trail the trekkers need axes and crampons and has to scale about up to 6500m without any inhabitants around. We suggest you no strenuous trek should be done without medical clearance.

We advice the customers to check up the area they choose for and the height. The grade of the trekking and the route may make big difference on things to bring. However we suggest you to bring the equipments specified below. First and foremost thing is mind the season you are choosing for

(down jackets and down sleeping bag are available to hire or buy in Kathmandu, which would cost approximately US$ 1 per day per item to hire and US$ 60 to US$ 100 per item to buy).
