This trek gives you the grand tour of the famous Khumbu Valley. This is a strenuous trek leading to Gokyo Lake and over the Renjo Pass at 5345 meter and Cho La pass at 5,420m. This trekking over high pass is continuously rewarded with dramatic Himalayan scenes, including four of the world's eight highest peaks i.e. Cho Oyu (8,201m), Makalu (8,463m), Lhotse (8,516 m) and Everest (8,850m). Spectacular mountain vistas are complemented by visits to Sherpa villages, homes and monasteries offering you an insight into the quiet but, culturally vivacious Sherpa way of life. Emerging into the Khumbu valley above Lobuche the trail continues up to Kalapattar and then back to Lukla via Tengboche and Namche Bazaar.Renjo La pass Gokyo Lake Chola Pass Kalapathar Trekking
After crossing the moraines of the Changri Shar Glacier, we reach the sandy plain of Gorakshep. Then we climb up amongst large boulders to the broad summit of Kalapattar (5,545 m), which offers the best view of Everest and Khumbu Glacier. What name is used to admire the giant Everest, Sagarmatha or Chomolongma, the highest peak of this planet is stunning to behold. The trek will end at Shyngboche or Lukla and fly out to Kathmandu.
