Tilicho is a lake situated highest in the world at an altitude of 4949m on the foot hill of Tilicho Peak, is an Adventurous Trekking with unique features to any of other in Nepal. Following the part route of Annapurna circuit trekking up to Manang, then route diverts ahead to Kangsar and mesokanta la. instead of well known Thorang La pass is supposed more difficult and challengeable comparing to the previous. As the trekking is pretty hard, trekkers are recommended to arrange two or three more days for acclimatization and rest. 
On the way to Tilicho base camp there are no lodges and hotels. Therefore, the rest of the days from the normal route to of Annapurna circuit, will be arranged in camp. Be notice the trekking should be done with experienced guide who has enough knowledge of the route and passes. First and foremost reason the guide and the staffs should be able to cross the passes easily otherwise the purpose will be nothing more than an air bubble.
