Suggested Trekking Itinerary

Day 01 Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara(915m.) by tourist mini bus.

Day 02 Drive from Pokhara to Beni(830m.) by bus, trek from Beni to Tatopani (hot spring) (914m.)

Day 03 Tatopani to Darbang(1180m.) which takes about
Day 04 Darbang to Takum(1500m.) and it takes about
Day 05 Takum to Muri(1850m.) which takes about
Day 06 Muri to Baghar(2080m.)walking down a gentle slope, and crossing rough stream a path goes to Dhora khola there you cross the river and climb right up to the mountainside to Ghorban dhara. This point brings fine view of Ghustung south (6465m) for the first tima. Still continue the path to the right bank towards Naura where you begin to walk upward the mountainside.. The Myagdi khola assumes the steep V shape slope will not tolerate any missteps but the path is well-constructed with a great number of zigzag stone step. Coming over the adventurous path, soon you descend through a forested area, emerging to a ridge snout where bagara (2080) is visible and descend through terraced fields to this mountain village where the camp is settled on people's yards or the terraced fields.
Day 07 Baghar to Dobang(2520m.) Here you leave the villages behind and the trial becomes increasingly challenging.
