Day 1 ARRIVE LHASA
Fly from Kathmandu to Gongar Airport, Lhasa in Tibet and transfer to Hotel.
Day 2 LHASA SIGHTSEEING
Guided sightseeing tour of Potala, the winter palace of the Dalai Lama; Drepung, the biggest monastic university of Tibet & Nechung Monastery, temple of the State oracle of Tibet. Hotel.
Day 3 LHASA SIGHTSEEING
Guided sightseeing tour of Jokhang, the central cathedral of Tibet, Barkhor, the bustling Lhasa market encircling the Jokhang Temple, Tibetan Medical Center & Norbulinka Palace. Hotel.
Day 4 LHASA - GYANGTSE
Drive via Yamdrok Tso, the Turquoise Lake, to Gyangtse across Kampa-la (5050 m) & Karo-la (5045 m) passes. Visit Kubum Stupa & Pelkor Chode Monastery. Hotel.
Day 5 GYANGTSE - SHALU - SHIGATSE
Drive to Shigatse. En route visit Shalu Monastery. Visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, the seat of Panchen Lama who is the 2nd in the Tibetan Buddhist religious hierarchy & Shigatse Market. Hotel.
Day 6 SHIGATSE - SAKYA - SHEGAR
Drive to Shegar across Tsou-la pass (4500 m) & Gyatso-la pass
(5220 m). En route visit Sakya Monastery. Hotel.
Day 7 SHEGAR - ZHANGMU
Drive over Lalung-la pass to Zhangmu. Enjoy great views of the peaks of the Himalayan Range.

We are always careful to make your journey smooth and pleasant However as all the Tibet Tour and Trek are run strictly under Tibet Tourism Bureau. We or our counterpart agent shall not be responsible for any cancellation of program due to any unavoidable circumstances beyond control such as road blockade, landslide, snow, political un-rest cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accident. Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spot.
We highly suggest the clients to have the perfect insurance against personal accident, travel cancellation, medical problems.
Especially the age not barricade the program. But one should be healthy and physically fit for the trekking that will be operated in the high altitude. Concerning the age we advise not to be a participator of the program if the clients is physically weak. Still we have some effective experience in past decades.
