Trishuli River Rafting

The trip in Trishuli river will be along side of the national highway. Calm but smoothly running Trishuli river sometimes gets rapid and makes the trip exciting. The trip start from Baireni or From Charaudi (depending on the schedule of the clients) that ends before Narayanghat, so the rafter can go to chitawan or to Pokhara or back to Kathmandu easily. As the highway is along the shore of the river the exploration in the daily activities of the people with the flora and fauna.

As mentioned above the national highway which follows Trishuli leads the way to Chitawan National Park and to Pokhara including the other major touristic area. If times favor you, we suggest you to raft for few days in the river and follow the way to Chitawan National park where you can glimpse at the animal which are endangered and you have never seen. You will have fantastic elephant ride, jungle walk, nature walk, and exploration about the marvelous reptiles like gharial, the river dolphin, beautiful sarus. Not only them the park presents the beautiful chirps of more than 250 species of birds; ibis, kingfishers, scarlet minivets with other many migrants birds.

Bengal tiger, one horned Asian rhinos, sloth bear, and others are most welcomed animals.

Rafting Itinerary

Day 01  with panoramic views the bus rolls the zigzag hilly roads and you will take It either from Kathmandu or Pokhara and get off at the rafting starting Point called Baireni.
Day 02    Just floating on the river and yelling with the extreme excitement you will Get of before Mugling and take bus and head to chitawan.
Day 03    The fantastic jungle activities in Chitawan National Park.
Day 04      Till the time of departure you will have some activities and back to
Kathmandu or to the next destination Pokhara or elsewhere by bus.
