Danphe (pheasants) fly highest in the world even dominating the world’s top mou ntain and makes the nest near by the head of the earth. Including the pheasants the country boasts for having the garden of the bird either in the Himalayan area or in the birds-wetland, Terai. With dense tropical forest Terai region has presented the nest even for most of the world’s endangered species. The studies have found that more than 870 species of the birds are making their homeland in Nepal alone.

Trekking Itinerary

Day 01:  Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel. O/N at hotel with BB plan.
Day 02:  Kathmandu Valley sight seeing. O/N at hote with BB plan.
Day 03:  Drive to Patan and make sight seeing tour in Durbar square. Or if the visitors want to give up the tour we just forward to Godavari botanical garden and check in hotel. Then go to the hills and watch the birds. O/N at hotel, with BB plan
Day 04:  Godavari and Phulchowki hill and back to Kathmandu in the evening. After breakfast we leave for the trip with pack lunch and will explore the birds for full day. In the evening back to Kathmandu and O/N with BB plan
Day 05:  Birding in Nagarjuna Forest and Shivapuri Watershed and Wildlife Reserve. Return to hotel in Kathmandu. O/N at hotel, with BB Plan
Day 06: Drive to Chitawan National Park and check in the resort. In the afternoon, short hiking tour to Tharu village.
Day 07: Full day bird explore, searching and snap program in different vegetation fields, wetlands, grasslands, forest in the park.
Day 08: Chitawan to Koshi Tappu wildlife reserve. A full day sight seeing in Koshi Tappu wild nest and explore the birds and snap it. O/N at hotel with full board meals.
Day 09: Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. O/N at hotel, with BB plan.
Day 10: Stroll over the city and shopping, sounenir. If needed leisure in Kathmandu. O/N at hotel, with BB plan.
Day 11: Departure to Next Destination.

What includes the above program price?
All meals except lunch and dinner in Kathmandu, accommodation as per booking, park entrance fee, KTM-Nepalgunj-KTM flight tickets, all pick up transportation from airport, guide fees.

What does not include the above program price?
All accommodation with meals (except the breakfast) in kathamandu, which cost $20 per day. All insurance of the traveler, Nepal visas, international air fare, the disembarkation airport tax and the personal expenses of personal nature like beverages, alcoholic drinks, laundry and tips to anyone etc.
