Bardiya Tour and Jungle Activities

Bardia national park is located in western Terai of Nepal and has occupied 968 sq. km. Spreading in the large scale it has predominantly preserved the large numbers of animal too. The north part of the park is bordered by the Churia Hill and the western part is with Geruwa River. The large trees called “Sal” have dominated the jungle.

What ever in the jungle the dense forest it has been preserving the large numbers of the animal including the elusive and endangered on its lap. To tell you the truth the possibilities of sighting the spotted tiger is high and it also presents the other animal like Swamp deer, sloth bear, barking deer, langur, leopard and the one horned rhinos. The western part bounded river called Geruwa has been the nest of the Maher fish, gharial, river dolphinand the crocodiles etc. challenging to the exploration about the asian elephants the explorer has considered that the males elephant found in this jungle is to be pretty bigger than to the rest.

The national park is boasting for having the large numbers of the birds which are more than 250s and where the endangered Bengal florica, Sarus Crane, with duck and, geese are chirping the whole day.Rara Lake Trekking

The means of transportation
Overland : The buses directly depart everyday from Kathamandu, Pokhara and Chitawan to Bardiya National Park, and our staff comes to receive you there and take to the hotel.
By Air: Domestic flight from kathmandu to Nepalgunj depart everyday and from the air port the panoramic drive of about 2hrs will take you to the hote. lThe means of drive from airport to the hotel will be in Jeep.

Recommended stuff
If you are visiting the park from November to February then we suggest you to bring the binoculars, flashlight and some warm clothes; jacket, sweater and so on. If the program is set  from April then bring summer costume. Make good choice of color of the stuff. The bright and the red color are requested not to bring, which may alert the animals before you catch sight on them. If interested on swimming bring bikini. Day 01 20:00 Dinner. The first day either by air or bus you will be received from and transferred to lodge. About at 15:00 you will visit the ethnic and local people Tharu and explore their life.

20:00 Dinner		 The day starts with the wake up call with tea and coffee. Taking breakfast, the jungle activities elephant ride takes place and you may see the animal like Spotted deer, samber, swamp deer, wild dog, Nil gai, Bengal Tiger, hyena, golden jackal etc and other mammals, reptiles. This day the visitors will visit the crocodile breeding centre and the tharu culture museum.

This day the visitors will visit the crocodile breeding centre and the tharu culture museum. Canoeing and the nature walking with the experienced naturalist and even he guide you when to snaps the photos.

What does not include the above program price? All accommodation with meals in kathamandu, which cost $20 per day. All insurance of the traveler, Nepal visas, international air fare, the disembarkation airport tax and the personal expenses of personal nature like beverages, alcoholic drinks, laundry and tips to anyone etc.
