As the varieties of program we operate in Nepal, India, Bhutan and Tibet there are some restrictions on using the web site and the information on it, which may harm the reputation of the company.

Terms and condition for Reservation / Booking with (青空) Dreamland Trekking & Expedition (P) Ltd, Nepal.

is a Government Registered Company under the law of company rule. The company acknowledges the booking and reservation for the program under the following term and conditions of the company. We highly recommend you to read and make acceptance with the term and conditions before you make Booking or Reserving. We ask you to read carefully and cautiously before making any reservations of the program. With the reservation we will realize that you have accepted all the terms and conditions we have notified by this web page.

    As you are planning the adventurous programs on your holiday, it is energetic and need to be fit physically and mentally. We recommend you to suggest with physician before booking the trips.
  • The company will not be responsible for any delay, omission, or other situation that make the contracts company to cancellation changing in itineraries like the cancellation of the flight of airplane, helicopter and others. Each traveler should understand such situation because the program is directly connected with the nature, which might be changed in seconds.
  • Unless you make the payments in specified date and time (as written agreement is made) for the booking confirmation, we will have the right of canceling your program.   
  • We operate the tour in groups. If someone ignores the convenience of the groups and makes inconveniences, troubles, difficulties we reserve the right to cancel his/her tour at any time on the spot. On regards of the action the company should not be liable and responsible for the loss of any personal (Trouble Maker’s) possessions.
  • If the traveler gets injure, becomes ill the traveler himself/ herself will be responsible for all doctor fees, emergency evacuation charges, medicine charges and repatriation. To this regard the company highly recommends the traveler to have insurance that covers the all, from the liable company of their own country. Further more, all the required equipments for the tour chosen by him/her is on their own responsibility. We suggest the travelers to look through the pages of “the required equipments” lane and meet the requirements to the program they choice.
  • To the regards of the failure documents like invalid passport, invalid visa or other unfulfilled documents we are not responsible for the trouble, and such documents submitted for the purposes.
  • The booking can be made any time but will be valid while the traveler makes the certain payments as the company’s booking confirmation rule. To notice you the confirmation of the booking we invoiced the remainder. The rest of the payments should be made either on arrival or before departure of the trip. Unless the full payments are made the program will not be in action. Instead, we reserve the cancellation of the trip on such circumstances.
  • The amount you pay for the confirmation of the booking will not be refunded while the cancellation is from the customer side. But the proposal can be deemed on the condition of the time period from the departure day. Or if the cancellation is necessary for the technical problems of scheduled time, that can be considered and transferred to the next plan which will be valid for six months from the date of previous confirmation. But be mind on the time that the cancellation should be before at least six weeks from the date your departure is scheduled. 
  • we kindly request you to pay deem attention on the following tips for booking and canceling the tour;

    • If the cancellation takes place just before six weeks from the departure date - 0% of the deposit amount will be charged.
    • If the cancellation takes place before a month from the departure date – 25% of the deposit amount will be charged.
    • If the cancellation takes place before 3 weeks from the departure date – 35% of the deposit amount will be charged.
    • If you cancel the trip before 2 weeks from the departure date – 45% of deposit amount will be charged.
    • If the cancellation takes before a week from the departure date – 80% of the deposit amount will be charged.
    • If the cancellation takes place before 3 days from the departure date – 100% of the deposit amount will be charged.

    Note: The nature of the charging, as mentioned in above tips are depend on the type and time of the program. Program like Peak climbing, Mountaineering and the expedition is canceled before two week is can be deemed for a year on the term that the program will activate within. But the instant and short program cancellation charge will be as mentioned above. Please mail or contact for further details. 

    The cost of the tour quoted on the program list might be changed if external factors like the      changes in US$ and the incident action of the government takes place are the incident which are of beyond our capacity. We try not to increase the price in possible basis. But the price gets increase less than 10% you will get the whole amount on the term the cancellation is before a month from the date of departure. We reserve the right if the price gets increase exceeding 10% you are supposed to make the payments according to the new rate on accordance with the above chargeable tips.
  • As it might be happened that (especially in season) the requisition you made for booking hotels and the lodges is not guaranteed.
  • The tour leader or the local ground tour operator who leads the trip of the company may override the tour if someone hamper the groups or of the reputation of the company. As you sign the booking form of the company you are supposed agreed on the term and condition. The illegal commitment of the travelers, detrimental behavior of someone to the other remaining group may effect such situation. On this time the one who hamper the tours and left out of the group is supposed not to have right to claim for the payments he makes for the trip.  It happens seldom. Still we have to have right to safe the reputation of the company on the critical circumstances.
  • If the traveler did not get services according to the agreement made between company and the travelers then you have to inform us immediately, so the necessary action may rectify on the matter. Complains after the tour finished is not supposed working. But if you still have complain then you have to give written application with complain before 2 weeks from the date your tour ended. Otherwise no complain can be made.
  • As the repatriation, cancellation, evacuation of the misfortune may take place, with deem regards to all these circumstances, the travelers should have obtained the full tour course insurance. Because all the charges for cancellation of the tour, travel and necessity of doctors’ emergency care the travelers himself/herself, not company, will be responsible for all these alone.
  • 15The company is not responsible for losing and damaging of the stuff on the airlines, and even the rejection of the cargo for the limitation of space.
  • On the concern of the booking and cancellation, the company director can put aside it with the writing information to traveler. The right of relinquishing of booking is according to Nepal Company Law.
  • All the essential required documents should be with the travelers in order. If the trouble or difficulties with the lack of the documents occurs the travelers himself/herself is responsible for the consequence.    
  • All jungle safari programs are mentioned on the basis of the tour field but of the weather, climate, season and other casualties may cause them not to come out and roam the bush and forest. On such circumstance the travelers may not see and encounter the lovely animals. We hereby clear you that the company or the ground tour operator will not be responsible for such misfortunes and the travelers should honestly consider this natural phenomenon.
  • Company is paying due attention to update the website with all new changes and the information if necessary. Still the changes are strict and beyond the position of avoiding, all such obligation should be followed from your side before the program is commenced. as after the completion of tour/travel booking
  • After all, all the programs / tours are booked will be considered the travelers are agreed on all the term and condition as mentioned on this page of the web site. 
  • The tours/travels booked according to the itineraries and the programs, the company should have to operate as it has been mentioned. But mandatory of the cancellation in circumstances like unexpected casualties, disasters, civil war, political unrest, mishaps of the nature and other technical problems (except the weak management) should be considered to the welfare of the groups and human beings.

Cost Amendment:

The company reserves the rights of amending the cost, though, which is posted on web site previously. These kinds of circumstance may arise in case the implacable changes in exchange rates, government action and other unpredictable situation. Normally it does not happen but in case, clients are supposed to make the payments.

Last hour booking

he last hour booking is acceptable with 100% payments and we request clients the last hour booking means before 1 week time duration from the date of departure. The booking with this time period is only for the country Nepal. With this time period booking is not acceptable for Tibet, India, and Bhutan.

Refund of tour cancel

No refund will be made if the clients drop out the tour regardless of whatever amount is remained according to the tour itinerary.

Travel insurance

Clients should have comprehensive travel insurance against the natural calamity, emergency evacuation, accident, tour cancellation, medical etc.

Personal preparation.

Cancellation of flight and the other circumstance of trips delayed, the accommodation cost on such condition will be on personal or clients responsibility. 

 Belongings:

while on trips the personal belongings carried by the porters, vehicles, or other means like ponies should be under the care of clients himself/herself and no compensations will be made for loss and damage of the luggage, belongings, and other valuable things. Those things are supposed to be at the risk of clients themselves.

Immorality doings

If something dishonest happens from the clients side, that is, social disturbance, overruling the rule and regulation of the government or of any social organization, accidentally damaging personal, social or public property and of this nature, the client himself/herself/themselves will be responsible for the compensation. No responsibility will be taken for nonsense doings like conflict, quarrel, and other things which is prohibited either by the government or by public.
