Salary of Staffs:
All the staffs are well paid

Insurance:
All ground tour operator are insured against the accident, catastrophe, natural disaster and other casualties.

The facilities and incentives:
Company pays 13 months salary with major festival allowance, tour allowance and has arranged the provident fund deduction. As well, we are planning to distribute shares to the permanent staffs of the company to the welfare of staff, company and visitors, make them love company and their jobs more.

Clearance of Taxes
Hiring a government approved qualified professional Auditor we are paying the tax on the basis of taxation rule at the end of each fiscal year.  

Consuming the local products, using the local man power
